The winter has been sweet in the Westfjords. No eruptions in this part of the country and no storms like last year. Many calm days and occasional snowfall. This winter was welcome.
The days are getting brighter and spring is just around the corner. There is still snow but it is very small compared to the season. Crazy weather has often come in April so it may not be all that good winter, but we hope the best.
Easter is in the next few days. There will be fewer events due to Covid-19 and family get-togethers and outdoor activities are on the agenda this Easter.
