One of my favorite locations in all of Reykjavik is the Reykjavik Pond. When I was a kid, I used to take a lot of walks around the pond, and the route I took most of the time was either to or from my home. After some time had passed, I took my kids back to the pond, and while we were there, we fed the ducks a lot of bread. As the years went by, there was one house at the pond that became a determinant of fate in my life, although discussing it here would take up too much space. And here I am, at the pond once more, but this time merely to take in its splendor and let those happy moments flood back into my mind and heart.
