My home is in the Westfjords of Iceland. It is the place where I feel safe and I am surrounded by my loved ones. It is time to be thankful more than ever before. Each day is a present in itself.
As I sit and snack on delicious Icelandic leaf bread listening to Christmas greetings on the national radio and watching the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the living room I feel lucky and thankful. I am ready for Christmas.
